Free — no backend

Free Widget

A contact directory widget: a generator on this site produces an HTML/CSS/JS snippet you paste into any website or CMS. Everything runs in the visitor's browser — there is no account, no server of ours involved, and no usage limit.

Free — for WordPress

Free WordPress Plugin

The same scope as the free Widget, packaged as a native WordPress plugin whose entire backend lives inside the WordPress install you already pay for — PHP, wp-admin, and a Custom Post Type to manage it.

Paid — Pro, Business, Enterprise

Paid platform

Available with or without WordPress. If a workspace already has the Plugin installed, it starts talking to this backend the moment the workspace upgrades — the same lightweight client, just connected to more. Its live channels today are web chat on your site and the API; more channels are on the way, and we say so plainly wherever they appear.

The free layers are always a light client

The WordPress Plugin and the free Widget snippet never run business logic of ours — they only render a widget and open a link (`wa.me`, `mailto:`, and so on). When a workspace moves to a paid plan, that same lightweight client starts talking to the platform at the edge instead of just opening links; the code installed on your site doesn't change in nature, it simply gains more capability to connect to.

Every layer, side by side

What each free layer and each paid plan includes today, and what is on the way — marked as such, because we would rather be believed later than impressive now. Pro launches at US$1/month or US$10/year for a limited time, with a full 7-day money-back guarantee.

Coming soon means on the roadmap, not live yet: first the agent mobile apps for iOS and Android, then Telegram, then the remaining channels.

Frequently asked questions

What are the "three layers", in plain words?

A free contact Widget for any site, a free WordPress plugin that manages it natively, and a paid platform that turns those same clients into real live chat with AI, a shared inbox and an API.

Do the free layers phone home?

Never. They render locally and open links; not a byte reaches our servers. That's a design rule, not a promise: there is simply no code path for it.

What does the AI actually answer from?

From knowledge you index: your documents, your URLs, your product data (RAG). It doesn't improvise about your business — and below your confidence threshold it hands off to a human with a summary.

Which channels are live on the platform today?

Web chat and the API, end to end. Agent mobile apps are in development; Telegram and more messaging channels follow, landing in the same inbox with the same rules.

What happens when I upgrade from free to Pro?

The widget you already installed simply connects to the backend — nothing gets reinstalled. If you cancel, the free layer keeps working as always.

Can I try it without touching my production site?

Yes — generate the free Widget for any test page, and the platform's web chat can be scoped to specific pages and devices before you commit it everywhere.

How do departments and routing work?

On Business, incoming conversations can be routed by rules to departments (sales, support...), and human agents belong to departments. Pro keeps it simple: one team, one inbox.

Is my customer data used to train AI models?

No. Your knowledge sources ground your workspace's answers — they are not training data for anyone else's model. See the Privacy Policy and DPA for the formal version.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes — conversations and contacts are yours, retrievable through the same API documented on the Developers page. No exit ransom.

Who is this NOT for?

If you get three identical questions a week, a static FAQ page is cheaper. The platform earns its keep when conversation volume or after-hours coverage starts costing you sales.
