Legal Notice for the Free Plugin and Client-Side Directory

1. Scope of this notice
This notice applies exclusively to iNTELIGENCIA VIVA's two free components: the free Directory (the embeddable HTML/CSS/JS snippet) and the free WordPress Plugin. It does not apply to the paid platform, which is governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement.
2. 100% client-side / self-hosted nature
Neither of these two components has a backend of ours. The free Directory runs entirely in the browser of a visitor to the site where it is embedded; the WordPress Plugin runs entirely within the WordPress hosting the site operator already pays for (PHP, wp-admin, and a Custom Post Type for its configuration). In no case do we, nor does the component on our behalf, send configuration, visitor, or contact data to servers operated by ZARZA CORP, S.A..
3. What we do NOT collect
Through the free Directory or the WordPress Plugin, we do not collect: the identity or contact data of the site's visitors; the content of messages a visitor initiates toward a channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, etc.); the agent, schedule, or style configuration the site operator defines; or our own usage analytics. There is no account requirement to use either component, and no server of ours receives traffic as part of their normal operation.
The only network communication toward our infrastructure is the loading of the widget's own versioned static files (JavaScript and CSS), served as immutable assets from our content delivery network, the same way any public third-party library would be loaded.
4. Analytics and data that may be generated
If the site operator configures analytics events toward Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel under their own account, those events are sent directly from the visitor's browser to Google or Meta, under the operator's own accounts and privacy policies — never through us or under our privacy policy. The privacy notice the widget may show a visitor, and its acceptance, are stored in the visitor's browser localStorage, under the domain of the operator's site — that data lives only in the visitor's browser and the operator's domain, not in our infrastructure.
5. License
The free Directory and the free WordPress Plugin are distributed under the Apache License 2.0. In general terms, this means you may use, copy, modify, and redistribute the code, including for commercial purposes, without an obligation to share your modifications, subject to preserving the included copyright and license notices, and with no warranty of any kind on the software (the license is provided "as is"). The full license text accompanies the source code in the corresponding repository.
6. Responsibility of the site operator who installs it
Whoever installs the free Directory or the WordPress Plugin on their own site is responsible for having their own privacy policy informing their visitors about the widget's use and, where applicable, their own analytics integrations (GA4, Meta Pixel) and their own channel credentials (for example, their WhatsApp Business number). We do not act as a data processor with respect to that data because, precisely, we never receive it.
7. No warranty and availability
These free components are provided "as is", on a best-effort basis, with no service level agreement (SLA) and no contractual support. We may update the static assets loaded by the free Directory and the Plugin, maintaining compatibility with installed versions where reasonably possible.
8. Compliance with WordPress.org rules
The WordPress Plugin is designed to comply with the official WordPress.org directory rules: it is not trialware (it does not degrade or block functionality to force a purchase), and it performs no tracking of any kind without the explicit consent of the site operator or, where applicable, the end visitor.
