Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to any person or Workspace using any layer of iNTELIGENCIA VIVA: the paid platform (Pro, Business, Enterprise), the public developer API, the WordPress Plugin panel, and — with respect to their distribution and integrity — the free Directory and the free WordPress Plugin. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and the Developer API Terms. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination under Section 7.

2. General prohibited use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Send, generate, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited bulk messages or spam-type content through any Service channel (widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, email).
• Impersonate a person, business, or entity, or present misleading content about the origin of a conversation or message.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm third parties.
• Upload, transmit, or generate through AI agents illegal content, including but not limited to material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, child exploitation material, or content that promotes violence or unlawful discrimination.
• Distribute malware or malicious code, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Carry out phishing or social-engineering activities using the Service's brand, widget, or configured channels.

3. Use of artificial intelligence

The Service includes AI with memory, the business's own knowledge (RAG), and configurable agents. You agree not to:

• Use the Service, or data obtained through it, to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models that compete with iNTELIGENCIA VIVA, except with express written authorization.
• Attempt to extract the Service's internal instructions, system prompts, or proprietary configuration parameters from its AI agents through extraction or "jailbreak" techniques.
• Configure your own AI agents to generate harmful or misleading content, or content that otherwise violates this Policy, on the Workspace's behalf.
• Use tools invocable by an AI agent to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems.

4. API use

In addition to the above, use of the public API (Developer API Terms) is subject to:

• Not circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, the publicly documented rate limits, whether through multiple keys, credential rotation, or equivalent techniques.
• Not using the API to mass-extract (scrape) Contact data beyond what is necessary for the purpose authorized by the Workspace that issued the key.
• Not reselling, sublicensing, or exposing API access to unauthorized third parties as if it were your own, without having expressly agreed to do so with us.
• Not generating abusive automated traffic that degrades the Service for other Workspaces.

5. Security and isolation between Workspaces

Each Workspace operates with data isolated at the query level across every storage layer. You must not attempt, by any means, to access, infer, or exfiltrate data belonging to a Workspace other than your own, nor carry out penetration testing or security assessments of the Service without our prior written authorization.

6. Third-party content and channels

When the Service connects to third-party messaging channels (WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, X), you are responsible for complying with those third parties' usage policies and commercial terms. We are not responsible for, and do not assume liability for, a Workspace's non-compliance with such policies.

7. Consequences of non-compliance

We may, at our reasonable discretion and proportionate to the severity of the violation: warn, temporarily limit functionality, suspend, or terminate the access of a Workspace or a specific API key, without a right to a refund of already-billed periods. In cases of imminent risk to the security of the Service or of third parties, we may suspend access immediately and notify afterward.

8. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of use that you believe violates this Policy, you may report it to abuse@inteligenciaviva.com. We will review good-faith reports and take appropriate action.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect new forms of abuse or changes to the Service. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice through the site or by email to Workspace administrators.
