Is the Widget really free, or is this a trial?
Really free, forever: multiple agents, schedules, seven channels, your colors, no watermark you can't remove, no account. It runs 100% in your visitor's browser — there is no backend of ours to pay for.
Do I need to know how to code to use the generator?
No. You configure everything visually on this page and copy one snippet into your site — any site: hand-written HTML, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, whatever your agency built.
Which channels can the Widget offer my visitors?
WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, phone call, email and X — each one as a direct link, independently switchable per agent.
How do agent schedules work?
Each agent has their own weekly schedule in their own timezone. The widget shows who is actually reachable right now — "Sales (9–5, Costa Rica)" and "Support (24/7)" coexist on one button.
Can I customize the launcher phrase and colors?
Yes — position, expandable or simple mode, light/dark/auto theme, accent color, the pre-filled message template, and the hover label of the launcher (e.g. "Live Chat").
Does the Widget send any data to your servers?
None. No cookies of ours, no fingerprinting, no calls to our infrastructure. If you want analytics, it emits events to the GA4 or Meta Pixel you already run, under your own consent setup.
What's the state of the WordPress plugin?
Open beta: it works today and you can download the ZIP right here, while it awaits review in the official WordPress.org directory. Install via wp-admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload.
What does the plugin add over the snippet?
Native wp-admin management (one account per agent as a custom post type), Gutenberg block, Elementor widget, shortcode for any builder, WooCommerce product-page button, and bundled translations — WPML, Polylang and Loco Translate friendly.
Will the snippet break when you update the widget?
No. The snippet points at a stable versioned channel (/directory/v1) — improvements arrive automatically, and the config contract is stable: what you generate today keeps working.
Where are the mobile apps?
The agent apps for iOS and Android are in development — they're the next thing shipping. This page will link them the day they're real, not before.
